Yes, our vouchers can be redeemed for all available Zeppelin flights. If you have received a voucher for a specific flight duration, it can also be used for other routes or for several people. For several people and/or a longer flight duration, a surcharge may apply.
You can easily redeem your voucher online on our website when booking or by phone via our service team.
Yes, our vouchers are transferable. You can therefore easily pass the voucher on to another person.
How will my voucher be delivered?
Your voucher can be delivered in different ways:

• by post in an envelope
