Your flight starts at Essen/Mülheim Airport. From there, you will float at an altitude of just 300 meters over the Margarethenhöhe housing estate - the first German garden city and an example of people-friendly living, and on over the Essen city center. There, the zeppelin turns left, flies over the Weststadt district and Krupp Park and sets off in the direction of the industrial monument "Gasometer Oberhausen", the highest exhibition and event hall in Europe. Your flight continues over Oberhausen Castle, the Kaisergarten and along the Rhine-Herne Canal across to the Duisburg district of Ruhrort with the Duisburg Port, the largest inland port in the world. After flying over the Ruhr River and a loop over Duisburg, you will continue flying over the Duisburg city forest towards Broich Castle and the old town of Mülheim before returning to Essen/Mülheim Airport.
