Choose your steak directly from the maturing chambers in the dining room and watch the chef prepare it live on the grill.
The Buffalo Steakhouse was opened in May 2016 as part of the extension to the Zeppelin hangar and is considered the insider tip par excellence in the restaurant scene on Lake Constance. The innovative gastronomy concept is based on a digital menu with interesting additional information about meat, its origin and maturation. Guests can choose from a wide variety of meats - from Irish and US beef to the classic T-bone steak - and put together their grilled dish with delicious side dishes.
